Practice Area
The Practice Area covers: Llandudno Junction, Deganwy, Conwy, Mochdre, Glan Conwy, Eglwys Bach, Ty'n-Y-Groes, Tal-Y-Bont and Upper Colwyn Bay.
This is a single handed practice. Most of the general medical services are provided by Dr Jayaram with the help of the practice team. During Dr Jayaram's absence due to holiday, sickness etc., general medical services will be provided by a locum doctor.
Registration
If you wish to register with either surgery, please call at the surgery of your choice where the receptionists will be happy to comply with your request. Please have details of your previous GP with you.
Complaints And Suggestions
If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the Doctor or any of the staff working in either practice, please let us know. We operate a practice complaints proceedure as part of an NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria.
